意大利Cementir在中國(guó)投資生產(chǎn)白水泥

意大利Cementir SpA集團(tuán)丹麥奧爾堡分公司已簽定合同購(gòu)買中國(guó)安慶一家白水泥廠，這家工廠將屬于奧爾堡安慶白水泥合資公司，該公司奧爾堡占70%的股份，剩余30%由丹麥工業(yè)基金會(huì)所有。合同共計(jì)750萬(wàn)美金，其中包括購(gòu)買工廠的費(fèi)用和增加該廠產(chǎn)能的費(fèi)用。該廠位于安徽省安慶市，目前每年的產(chǎn)能是10萬(wàn)噸。

Cementir SpA said its Danish unit Aalborg Portland has reached an agreement to buy a cement plant from the Chinese group Anqing White Cement.
The plant will be owned by Aalborg White Anqing, a joint venture 70 pct controlled by Aalborg and 30 pct controlled by the Danish Industrialisation Fund for Developing Countries.
The agreement amounts to 7.5 mln usd, and comprises the cost of the purchase and the investments to double the plant's capacity.
The site has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tonnes and is located in Anqing, in the Anhui province
